As Sales and Trade Marketing Director for Every Ready Ltd., U.K. I enlisted the help of Jonathan and a considerable degree of success resulted from the co-operation.
Jonathan made a major contribution to shifting the culture from the old Hanson introverted, "who cares who the customer is" to one which had a great confidence and motivation, a high degree of professionalism and total focus on meeting customer's needs. A culture where real time feedback became the norm, fuelling a constantly developing and maturing sales and marketing organisation.
The greater understanding of the customer, knowledge of how to conduct the consultative selling process and how to present business cases and facilitate discussion enabled us to improve the quality of our business in a number of areas.
